• Identification of all interests involving the target.
• Assessment of the probability for the target to serve other than the Client’s interests.

Results

The perceived risks were not likely to jeopardize a potential business relationship. Therefore, our client could sign a partnership agreement safely and moved forward to another crucial level in his development on the Chinese market.
